This portfolio showcases the most recent work of a 18 year professional design career. My most recent employment has been within B2B SaaS technology companies, where I have built the in-house creative resources and lead the design function within the Marketing area. All design work shown in this portfolio is my own. I have skills covering print and digital design, including web design/development, illustration, video and animation.

- 18 years’ professional experience, including 8 years within B2B SaaS technology businesses
- Strengths: Proactive and open communication, prioritisation, attention to detail
- Design leadership experience, including managing in-house creatives and freelancers, and strategically leading as Creative Director (ensuring alignment to Business Priorities)
- Start-up to scale-up experience, building in-house design teams within businesses and establishing processes
- Experienced in rebranding and brand refresh projects, and website launches
- Technical skills, including Adobe Creative Cloud programs, Figma, HTML and CSS, MS Office (including design for Powerpoint and Word), Asana, website UI, illustration, storyboarding, video editing and animation
- Interpreting web design data (FullStory, Hotjar, Google Analytics)
- Application of behavioural psychology
Design is not just about making things look pretty, it is about effective communication.
